ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

I​ moved to Port Charlotte. Florida from Wheeling, West Virginia in 1985.  I retired as a Financial Advisor from Merrill Lynch in 2012.  I am now pursuing my true love which is art.  I am a member of Sea Grape Gallery in Punta Gorda, Florida.  I am also a member of the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda, the Florida Watercolor Society, Naples VonLiebig Art Center, the International Society of Experimental Artists, the Cultural Center of Charlotte County and a past president of the Board of Directors for the Arts & Humanties Council of Charlotte County.  I teach an abstract art class at the Cultural Center, the Visual Art Center and Florida Gulf Coast University Renaissance Academy.  My art has been accepted in many juried shows including the National Art Show at the Visual Art Center, the International Society for Experimental Artists, the Suncoast Watercolor Show and the VonLiebig Art Show in Naples, Florida.  I have won several awards including Honorable Mention at the Suncoast Watercolor Show.  I work in oils and acrylics but I especially enjoy doing abstract art in mixed media.
